4. Pilot Program Terms

The 30-day pilot installation program is subject to the following conditions:

• Pilot installations require site qualification and scheduling by our field team.
• The operator must own (not rent) the generator units to be retrofitted.
• Baseline fuel consumption and emissions readings will be taken prior to installation.
• If the device does not produce a measurable 20% fuel reduction within 30 days of normal operation, the Company will remove the kit at no cost to the operator.
• Post-pilot data reports are provided to the operator and remain the operator's property.
• Pilot program availability is subject to geographic limitations and technician scheduling.

5. Fuel Savings and Emissions Claims

Stated fuel savings of approximately 20% and emissions reduction figures are based on laboratory testing and field data. Actual results may vary based on generator age, fuel quality, load conditions, maintenance status, and other operational factors. The Company makes no guarantee of specific results. All emissions comparison data referenced on the Site is provided for informational purposes.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use this Site to:

• Submit false or misleading information in any contact or pilot request form
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through the Site's communication tools
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content without written permission
